And District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan also spent 12 years working for Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP, starting in 2002, becoming a partner in 2007.

Chutkan is the judge who almost blocked DOGE access to government systems, but ruled against the Democrat state AG's at the last minute.

Chutkan was also the judge who was hearing the Jack Smith documents case in DC. She dismissed the case after President Trump won reelection in 2024.
