Money talks, Zelensky is talking out of the wrong end. Trying to please his masters in the EU and NATO and World Bank.
Many POL’s are in on the scam, on both sides of the isle in US Congress and the same in the EU.

Have you seen the recent results in EU country electioins?
Voters in many of the EU countries are Trump fans. The elections are hard shift RIGHT.
So, don’t take for granted that US will lose support of the EU.
Remember, the EU, NATO, WEF, World Bank. are Socialist bureaucraps.
Many are hated in their own country.
Germany in particular. The Socialist/Communist almost totally disappeared, and 2 right of center parties made huge gains.
