Many will skedaddle if they are drafted.
I love it.
Lose/lose proposition for illegal invaders.
Methinks Stephen Miller has been brainstorming again.
For Pete’s sake, they were given phoned. The government knows where the illegals are. Turn off the phone, and their cash cards. Can the feds be this stupid?
In an Effort to Compel Self Deportation …. How about cutting off ANY AND ALL WELFARE FREEBIES and HOTEL STAYS???
And, huge fines on money transfers to MX, Cent America and beyond.
This would do the trick over registering them online.
Sheesh.
It’s not rocket science.
My post 5 pretty much echoes your exact sentiments.
Thank you! Make it a hardship for them to be here.
I remember back in the 1950s, maybe early 60s, aliens had to register every year. There would be periodic public service announcements on the radio, advising them to go to the nearest post office and register. I don’t recall when that stopped, but in retrospect it seems like a very good idea.
And he was a legal immigrant.
Prison time is a joke. We don’t have prison space to put all the illegals who won’t comply.
We could outsource our prisons to El Salvador.
There is a lot of empty land in West Texas. All you need is cheap trailers, fencing, and land mines to keep illegals right where we want them.
I remember the tv infomercials.
I remember those dramatic announcements when I was a kid!
By and large these are not sophisticated people. Get 20 or 30 locked up and the voluntary outflow from the country will be dramatic
How will they know?
Those who overstay a visa...sure. Maybe those getting ebt and phones?
But the illegal Juan or Juanita who snuck across is not on govt lists in the first place.
I’m for anything that works...just not sure how this does...
This is giving me hope.
I suppose if the registration is not used against them in a criminal proceeding it does not violate the 5th Amendment. Pretty cool, actually.
Brilliant!
