Dope goes home and gets brave. Trump asked him what if the US decided not to send money every year to Canada, we would not exist, end of discussion

What in the heck do we even get from Canada except illegals pouring over our border??????

Canada will respond with retaliatory tariffs and “prices for American consumers on just about everything will go up.”
Uh, retaliatory tariffs are more likely to make prices on American goods for Canadians to go up. He has it backwards.

Getting rid of DEI from the economy will more than offset the cost of higher tariffs. Hopefully he’s able to do that.

We are a net importer of Canadian goods. Nothing we can’t produce here... just its cheaper from there.
Tarrifs seek to a) fund the government and 2) level the economic playing field.
It is simpler, and possibly cheaper, to just close our borders airtight for 6 months and let our neighbors come crawling for forgiveness. They both need us far more than we need them.

That’s cool. I will not buy Canadian anything, nothing. Depending on how this all goes I may just boycott Canadian goods for life! Canada will lose all their markets here in The U.S. I hope Trump puts a 100% tariffs on their crap. Or better yet a total embargo. Yeah, that’s even better.

Outgoing left-wing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau warned Thursday that American consumers will pay more if and when President Donald Trump moves to apply sweeping tariffs on products from north of the border.Well, he is right. Prices will rise, at least for a while. But if the Canadian government does a lot more to help us protect our borders, the tariffs will be reduced or eliminated. Liberals never mention that part.

I forget which Japanese beer it is, but the label says ‘imported’ but the fine print says ‘brewed in Canada’.

All stocked up on moose meat. Not sure if I need anything else from Canada. Something they can have back is this cold air. It sucks.

I wish I knew of some Canadian products for sale here. Their processed foods - condiments, cereals, etc.,... seem to be safer and less deadly than US products produced by US companies who don’t care if they kill Americans with their chemicals and additives.
