A couple of older women came to my front door yesterday.
When I opened the door, one started in on her spiel. After saying “I know I’m bothering you without any invitation,” she said something along the lines of “many people are under a great deal of stress during this election season.”
At that point, I simply said “I’m not,” and said good-bye.
But this “whole lot of stress going on out there” theme seems to have come down from The Democrat Central Brain,” and is going out across The Fruited Plain.

At this point I don’t think Junkie Jezebel will win, I don’t think people are insane enough to go from a dementia patient to a woman who is so stoned half the time she can barely string two sentences together. But if she does win I won’t be surrpised in the least but it will obviously be the biggest political disappointment in my lifetime.
2020 to me was obviously stolen and absolutely nothing was done about it, so why are they going to stop for this election? They won’t and Trump is only a fraction of a point ahead, something like 1/10th of a point which gets me sick to my guts to think there are that many demented morons out there, so I am not going to be surprised but very disappointed and very pissed off that nothing was done about election integrity.

Up until a day or so ago, I hadn’t browsed at DU in years, but I was curious too. At this point, a majority of them seem to be putting up a brave face and are expressing confidence that their girl will pull it off. Many of them take great solace in the unhinged predictions of Liz Cheney than an army of Trump-hating Republicans are waiting in the wings to save the day. It’s ironic, as 20 years ago Dick Cheney was perhaps their greatest bete noire.
