Mayor Nagan pulled that stunt in New Orleans. A police woman on camera openly looted a Walmart while threatening a reporter. A couple of crooks looted a Cadillac dealership and drove out of state.
Handy "to know" when it hits the fan.
This needs to follow him when (not if) he goes to work at another department. And he will.
Oh golly, those guys are scary looking.
The one on the right really does have his “Terminator” going.
