Though out my career I've seen lawyers make numerous false statements in court. The worst punishment they ever received was being ordered to pay a small fine and/or my attorney's fees. In one case, an attorney (a well connected Mormon) filed an opposition with every legal authority being fabricated. The attorney literally made up case citations and quotes. During oral argument I meticulously went over every fabricated citation. The court acknowledged the fact that the attorney had repeatedly attempted to perpetuate a fraud upon the court.

The consequence The judge told opposing counsel, “don't do that again.” To which I responded, that the judge's decision “stands as a clarion call to all that perpetuating a fraud upon the court is not only tolerated but encouraged. No fines, no bar referral, no consequences…With your decision, I might as well cancel my very expensive Westlaw subscription and make up my own case law.” The Judge chuckled and called the next case.

It’s bad enough no federal or state judge would even consider the conclusive evidence supporting the charges of election irregularities and outright violations of election law that were perpetrated in 2020 against Donald Trump by the Democrat party.

One would think slamming the door so conclusively on all of the cases would have been sufficient to protect the perpetrators of this fraud. But no. The compromised court system in this country had to take it a step farther and go after the attorneys themselves.

So now we have not only our local police George Lloyd-ed into submission on a double standard for law enforcement (one for blacks, one for whites) we also now have our attorneys Joe Biden-ed into submission on a double standard for litigating election law violations (one for the left, one for the right).
