Odd that Mrs. Clinton didn’t have the juice to take out the Obama threat to her candidacy in 2008. Obama was a junior senator, so he didn’t have much power. Who was backing him?
I would think a new POTUS could rescind that order.

Finally Mark Gillar who produced the videos for Sheriff Arpaio admitted the layers are the results the scanning software in a Xerox Workcenter 7535.

That is a bit backwards as the person suing Obama would be the birther.
The first birther lawsuit was not against Obama, but was against John McCain.

Fred Hollander, proceeding pro se, brings this action challenging Senator John McCain’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States. Hollander claims that McCain, by virtue of his birth in the Panama Canal Zone--albeit to American parents—is not a “natural born Citizen” eligible to hold the office of President under Article II, § 1 of the Constitution.
Though McCain and his co-defendant, the Republican National Committee (“RNC”), vigorously dispute this claim, they argue that this court cannot decide it in any event due to a number of jurisdictional defects: lack of standing and ripeness, mootness, and nonjusticiability. The defendants also argue that Hollander has failed to state a claim for relief because (1) they are not state actors, so Hollander cannot maintain any constitutional claim against them and (2) in any event, any remedy for it would necessarily violate their own First Amendment rights.

IV. Conclusion
For the foregoing reasons, the defendants’ motion to dismiss is granted on the ground that Hollander lacks standing. All other pending motions are denied as moot. The clerk shall enter judgment accordingly and close the case.19

He did not ‘admit’ these were produced by scanning, he did not ‘admit’ anything. He answered a question saying yes you can produce layers with that machine and that’s it.
The posse also found THE SOURCE DOCUMENTS for the cut an paste.

The posse claimed they found something. They also at one time claimed Obama’s BC certificate number was out of sequence but admitted they were wrong. To this day they have refused to release their expert reports.
