That’s how it works. Once any organization hires too many minorities, be it based on race, gender or sexual preference, it drives the normals away from the industry.
And this is hilarious:

Yup, 27% of frontline employees is pretty significant! About twice their numbers in the general population. And another 22% are non-White of some flavor! Nope. No quotas there! Straight up, in yo face appalling anti-White discrimination!

They were all over us - hi, can I help you use the kiosk? (immediately starts working the buttons on the kiosk, didn’t wait for an answer) - it seemed like 10,000 people there when 100 woulda sufficed.
Counter people would just adopt that 1000 yard stare as if you didn’t really exist. Robotic answers. Just...weird.
It’s a public corporation—not private.
That would indicate that nearly 1 in 5 current Coca-Cola employees are black.
Lots of Cuban’s work there. I used to work for Delta back in 1984. I quit after 1 year. Went back to work in construction.
They had a Cuban CEO at one time.
I’d like to see that happen with Washington’s Metro system and improve it.

I was in a management meeting in the late 80s. Mid-sized Cal state department. Our director was hot for affirmative action promoting less qualified and inexperienced mexican women. We sent recruiters into East LA and we got a few responses like this: I dont want to be no cop. We were a correctional agency.
So in HDQ we were tasked to update our “plan.” I pointed out that the state was 9 % asian and we were 15% in Hdq Sacramento having large asian populations. They were solid employees by the way.
So I said, we have too many asians. We need to stop hiring them till the % drops to 9% because our goals were to match the population.
People went apoplectic and I was of course branded the in house racist despite having a diverse group on my department which happened by the luck of the draw. BTW my asian employees said, well what you said makes sense if the department wants to play the quota game.
I never went out like Biden to hire a specific type of person based on race.But if I could only hire 1 race it would have been Asian
IN order to be truley diverse they need to hire at least 80% of people who will sit and do mothing for their pay.

The stuff is poison. It rots your teeth, body and brain and has no redeeming qualities. Have no understanding of the appeal and why anyone would drink it.
Good news is the millennials and Gen Z’s are apparently eschewing sodas (why the soda companies are expanding into bottled water and sports drinks).
I hope there is a boycott by those who are angry about Coke rejecting Trump, they deserve it.
