I remember the incident, but not many of the details. At the time, I remember thinking it was due to some failure in proper operation, but now they say it was economic considerations. Well, I think quite a lot has changed in that industry, so hopefully it can operate safely this time. If the AI industry needs that much power, how will we ever become energy independent? Is AI worth that much consideration? I should think that keeping warm in the winter & cool in the summer to be of greater importance. Getting TMI back up & running should go a long way towards that objective.

I remember XP & I had pretty good luck with 7, but now updated to 10 & it’s generally OK, but seems awkward & weird at times. I’ve heard 11 is a good “stay away from it”, but have never used it. I’m wishing they would get something good & stay with it. I’m getting too old for all the changes.
