Well, Tanya said today she doesn’t care about some impending “election”.
By releasing “evidence” (to the entire world) without the defendant’s ability to counter and defend such “evidence”, violates Due Process. I don’t think this country has been lower than it is right now. Disgusting, psychopaths.
They really are getting desperate. Can the Trump team use the undercover session where a DOJ Management person told them that it was all bs designed to make Trump a criminal,?

It’s all Trump’s fault. If he had only been caught in flagrant delicto with a hooker at a hotel room, this October surprise would not have been necessary.
By releasing the “evidence”, Chutkan directly corrupts the jury pool. The known bias of the jury pool notwithstanding, it would seem to me that this is immediate grounds for dismissal of all charges due to jury taint.
Agree. It is so inappropriate—almost as if they are so convinced they can get away with anything that they are openly mocking the process.
