New tenant next to my smokes the stuff for his MS.....but it comes into my bathroom smelling like a skunk sprayed in there!..... same with the stairway that reeks of it..... Landlord had to go into his apartment for something saying he could hardly breath it was so thick. ..... Winters coming so it’s going to be worse!

Unfortunately he’s there all day so there’s no relief from it. I do wonder how much it takes to treat his MS...or does he just want to remain high all the time.

I don’t like drugs, but I don’t believe in prohibition. People should be given good and accurate information but be free to live their lives.

Make/keep it legal. Just not in public places so that the rest of us can "live our lives" without breathing in the stench.

This has only two apartments......I've lived here almost 20 yrs. One other tenant smoked weed allot but I never smelled it. And others have lived next to me and didn't ‘stink’......this is the first time.

And from others writing here it doesn't seem to be just in buildings but equally annoying outside etc. So what's your beef?
