An ILLEGAL PICKER who ‘followed the harvest’ in Calif got a loan to buy a $650,000 house in Fresno, Calif.

6 months later-— it was foreclosed on.

NEVER made a single payment & property had considerable damages.

How do you define home? Is a tent or camper a home?

Those controlling life, as we have come to accept it, embrace the opportunities they create for themselves that increase their power and wealth and serve their leavings, their refuse to us in a mix and match buffet; sometimes they even give US a choice as they did with the covid vaxx.

This is one where they didn't and won't give Western civilization a choice.

From Applications of Refugee Lens Investing, a Rockefeller Foundation investment tactic they shared with the few, the loud, the fellow narcissistic interested in building inclusive economies for those they uprooted from their native land in the oligarch's modern version of colonialist exploitation.

They, the oligarchs, are sitting those they uprooted squarely on the backs of the taxpayers of the developed nations the US, or GB or Germany, might as well say Europe, right, the nations they obviously have scheduled for demolition. Well, most of them.

I'd say they don't like US very much and I hope I'm misreading their plans but here they are. Thumb through their notes and make up your own minds https://www.rockefellerfoundation.org/reports/?current_page=1

Section 1324 title 8 makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live here.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1324

(A)Any person who—

(iv)encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
(v)
(I)engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II)aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

(B)A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—

(iv)in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.

150,000 on a million dollar home. Add the twenty five thousand that Kamala gives and thru still will never afford to live in the house. If I were an illegal, I’d look side eye at this “help”.

It’s a loan. God only knows what the interest rate will be. A bunch of illegals are going to see their homes being foreclosed on before year two of this program. Probably planned.

It's a loan

Until you don't have to pay it back.

Democratic politicians can’t even define male and female
and you want a definition of “home?”

you’ll have to ask them

“When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less.’

’The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.’

’The question is,’ said Humpty Dumpty, ‘which is to be master — that’s all.”

150k is for the down-payment. Paying monthly mortgage payments will be optional. This will cause the real estate market to crash again.

Don’t houses there start out at nearly $1 million?

I'm in South San Francisco. All homes here are above a million. One went on sale for $998,000 a week ago, and quickly got snapped up, being the rare one below a million. My wife likes looking at open houses for sale, so we checked out a few last couple of weeks, and also talk to the agents selling them. The smart ones price them low, and get multiple bidders to move the price up. One we looked at priced at $1.4M, was really nice and we commented to the agent that it would probably go for $1.7M, which it did after one week on the market.

We helped one of our daughters get a home near us a couple years ago, giving her money for a down payment. Seller wanted $1.3M, we offered $1.1M and daughter got it. Thankfully she has a good IT job and can make the payments. Many other adult kids of neighbors end up moving far away to afford a home, many go to other states. Another daughter went to Iowa, and another to Kansas before moving to Texas. California is costly. Our area is getting gentrified with new amenities; new library with recreation facilities, new police stations, new fire houses, as well as new businesses and stores. Despite the downturn elsewhere, lots of construction going on.

The changes over the decades since California was Republican, are startling. In the early 1950's, my parents bought a home in SF for $6,000 and completely furnished. My mom sold it in 1973 after renting it out for a while and got $23,000. By the mid-1980's same house (after remodeling) sold for over $1m, and by year 2010 sold for $2.7M. Big change in cost from $6K to $2.7M over half a century. Blame it on Democrats who took over the city and state that hike up taxes.

Deuteronomy 28:43. I hate to put it this way, but, either this nation repents or it's over. I don't see a lot of Americans wanting to repent nor the churches filling up with people looking to God for answers. Really sad to see it happen.

I have been telling illegal aliens they need to get themselves and their families to a church where folks are actually studying the Bible and they are OPEN to such a message. Americans, don't want to hear it.

Course, not a SINGLE (R)N(C) ‘think-tank’ would even dare challenge something like this on Constitutional (5th, 13th, 14th A.), let alone LEGAL (aid/abet/conspir/collud-ing+), grounds.

That might win...& then the (R)-wing of the Uniparty *may* actually have to start upholding/enforcing the Constitution+ themselves (party of “smaller govt” hasn’t uttered that phrase since < 2016).
