So if you try to take this nonsense seriously, she is just dressing up old ideas from the 1980s disarmament movement - that a focus on individual people rather than a national security policy (which impliedly is not rational or connected to the wellbeing of people), will show that nuclear deterrence doesn't work and thus, nuclear weapons need to be scrapped. Its an old argument. Adding "queer lens" to it is equal parts bizarre, laughable and trendy.
