Yes. They are over-polling Democrats. To poll a state such as Wisconsin and include only 27% Republicans means that Siena must have drew their sample from a Democrat city such as Madison.

That is nonsense. And I thought the Ipsos polling D+6 was bad.

Now that being the case, have not seen other polls as ridiculous, but there has been a shift, albeit a great 1 billion dollar free ad campaign, so I would not ignore it.
