The United States and the collective West are fortunate that Russia has been less than competent in Ukraine, Turkey and Iran are hesitant in attacking Israel, and Red China has blinked after threatening Taiwan. One of those fundamentals is individual personal identity, and identification with the larger community. Adolescents are extremely vulnerable prey because they are just forming their identities, and are easily influenced; authority figures from government officials to doctors to teachers to parents who perpetrate this atrocity are culpable and deserve whatever punishment can be dealt out to them.

Tucker did a show on this before he left Fox and I see that Ben Shapiro has talked about it a bunch as well.
It’s all being pushed by people trying to make a buck from wherever they can. This is a 9 minute video by Shapiro but in my view, the segment that nails the money aspect starts at 2:45... a muckety muck at Vanderbilt university is openly talking about what a moneymaker it is. This particular segment is the same as what Tucker played at Fox....

I could be wrong but I think this answers your question.... that and the fact that the shysters are so overcome with greed, they are willing to lie through their teeth when they get some confused gullible kid in their clutches and rather than help them, they do this....

Reuters looked at medicaid recipients and found the number was closer to 121,882 during the same period when evaluated state by state, with California, New York and Washington having the highest number of diagnoses.
Komodo also documented a “total of 17,683 patients, ages 6 through 17, with a prior gender dysphoria diagnosis initiated either puberty blockers or hormones or both during the five-year period. Of these, 4,780 patients had initiated puberty blockers and 14,726 patients had initiated hormone treatment.”
