Yes, the 18-29 age cohort was +29 Biden in 2020. Turnout in that same cohort in 2020 was 46%.
Applying this survey's +9 Harris figure to the 2020 race, and leaving everything else constant, Trump would have won the election easily -- in terms of the EV, that is -- picking up GA, AZ, NV, PA, MI, WI, and NE CD-2, all of which Trump lost in 2020. Basically, a repeat of 2016, but with NV thrown in for good measure.
Put simply, +9 for Harris among age 18-29 voters would be catastrophic for her.
Vivek should stop pontificating on Twitter and go campaign among young people.

The deep state will be cheating in a new way. The vote counts will be regulated like a PID Tuning Control. The steal will not be at 3:00AM. It will be a tuning function with every rise in count that exceeds the needed totals, the value will adjust, or tune itself.

If this poll is accurate, it might be GOOD news.
In the 2020 election, Biden received 60% of the age 18-29 vote - in the best NATIONAL exit poll.
Trump received just 36% - in the same 2020 NATIONAL exit poll.
Please keep in mind that age 18-29 NATIONAL voters in 2020 were almost 50% non-white.

Around 40% of the two youngest generations believe socialism is a better system than capitalism. And they haven’t been taught enough history or economics in school to know what either means. Just “feelings” and “fairness.”
They vote. They just don’t know that someone votes for them via absentee ballot.
Trump could certainly use men like Lyn Nofziger, Ed Meese, James Baker, and Lee Atwater on his team. He doesn't really have any close confidantes (other than Don Jr or Eric) who have his best interests in mind with solid, experienced strategy.
