If Israel has and uses enough nukes to demolish Iran and Pakistan, the fallout will hit other nuclear nations (Russia/India). Israel would be terminated. The whole idea is insanity.
Any nuclear weapon leaving Pakistan for any point on earth will be destroyed before the transport is out of second gear.
