They blew an 18 billion dollar surplus and raised taxes as well. $2 billion dollars worth of adjusted gross income has left the state. They have greatly expanded welfare programs including free school lunches to everybody including Rich White kids in affluent suburban areas. The governor has called outstate Minnesota rocks and cows country and those of us in that area are pissed.
