I disagree. They'll install their favorite for 2024. She won't win the Convention if her polling numbers don't improve. She's still at 52% unfavorable, and if the idiots in the Trump team (including President Trump himself) would stop chasing moronic stances ("weird", attacking Republicans, her race, etc), and JUST STICK TO HER POLICIES, she could be easily wiped out in the Convention.
Or maybe that's the Trump Team strategy, but I doubt it.
Either way, I give a good 55% chance that Kamala will be ousted by AUG 20. Just 2 weeks. The only question is... WHO do they have that won't poll at 50+% Unfavorable? Tulsi just left. Newsome is far too corrupt for his telegenic looks to save him. Pritzker has the money, but then they're stuck with a rich old white dude that they've taught their base to despise.
So maybe you're right, they'll just wait for 2028... and rig as many Congressional races as possible as their way to avoid consequences for the last decade-plus of their crimes. But I doubt they'll take that risk.
This evening out running errands I saw a guy wearing a red T-shirt with “GOP” on the front, with the Communist hammer and sickle in place of the O.
He needs to hear this.
