I duuno, MAn.
Sounds a lot like outright commie stuff to me.
So to solve this those in government bring in MILLIONS more energy consuming illegals and chain immigration foreign nationals. Makes perfect sense.
Out of control government is out of control.
Just like they’re doing to farms they’ve cut off the water to, and this should be no surprise to anyone.
I hope any refinery in California that shutters is fully sabotaged before the commies get their hands on it.
The ultimate end game of the climate farce … state takeover of energy sources.
This came out of the blue. Sarc.
You know, like socialism. Possibly fascism. Gotta make that oil pump on time!
“”California regulators have proposed a variety of government intrusions into the petroleum industry in order to combat future energy price surges””
.
Yeah, let the commies “run” the refining industry.
Instead of paying $8.00 per gallon in the future, everyone will just start paying that much now.
Standard government solution...
.
That's the history.
I am more concerned about government tax surges. Why don’t they fix that?
Marxist Morons.
yeah, didn’t see that coming eh?
So now we know who Gavin thinks should own the means of production.
Government always knows whats best for the governed.
this might be one of the big reasons chevron just announced they’re moving U.S. headquarters out of kalifornia into texas ...
Do it! Please, please, please do it. So we can watch what happens. Only by complete disaster and collapse will these fools ever be revealed for the disasters they are.
And in a total coincidence, Chevron is moving its entire operation to Texas.
Those that control the refineries (on behalf of the taxpayer of course) will have no incentive to sweeten the deal for favored businesses. No incentive to increase the price on political opponents. No incentive to stop the flow of oil to those that might cross them.
I’m sure measures will be put in place to make sure none of that icky type of stuff happens.
Yeah, this should work out great!
No wonder Chevron announced today they are moving their headquarters to Texas.
Every oil company left in California should announce their immediate closing and refuse to ship any of their products into the state.
