Read “Biden’s” letter. Does anyone really think he has the mental acumen to write it? Of course not. I think you would have to go back a year at least to find a version of Joe Biden who could sit down and compose a coherent letter like that.
We know that Biden did not write the resignation letter. He may have authorized someone to write it. That is the most benign explanation. Is it the most likely?
