Shooter fires multiple shots, CAT team fires probably SR25 suppression return fire, hits sniper....several seconds counter sniper puts .300 WinMAG or higher into his skill to deadcheck him.

This is why you heard "MOVE MOVE MOVE"...and then they stopped.

Counter sniper was probably saying "HOLD" and they put a round in the skull to "dead check" the shooter.

THEN they moved.

So yes, at LEAST two (2) shooters, most likely 3.
