You're wrong. EVERY state must allow gay marriage thanks to the Supreme Court.
For now. All it takes is one case before the current Supreme Court to change that. Everything else you mentioned is not going anywhere in the red states.
No state can prohibit LGBT propaganda.
Tell that to Florida and Kansas.
