Article III of the U.S. Constitution says in part:
...”the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make...”
Did Congress write a law that defined “standing?” (I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know).
No they did not. So as always, earlier Supes just “wrote” a law and subsequent courts abided by it.
What a disgusting joke. No one is above the "law," because there is no "law."
I have argued with pro-court people who still have respect for the court system that if they don’t QUICKLY reform this with stringent discipline, no one will accept anything “courts” say again.
Our courts have become masters of Alice in Wonderland “logic.”
