A 16-year-old boy was supposed to be on house arrest for a pending gun case when he helped murder retired Chicago Police Officer Larry Neuman last Thursday morning, prosecutors said. Lazarious Watt is also suspected of carjacking a family in March. He may soon be charged with that crime in juvenile court.

I see the future every night in my hospitals ‘’secure holding unit’’.(’’the flight deck’’.) and it's grim.

10 and 12 year old kids in there for beating their siblings half to death, assaulting and injuring their parents. We had a teenage kid , just before Covid who beat his mothers brains in and killed her. I see these kids every night and day and it's getting worse and this is just a community hospital on The Jersey Shore.
