The POTUS doesn’t create the budget.....
That is correct and there hasn’t been a budget in quite awhile, but the Trump and Biden singed the Omnibus Bills running up the Deficit and Debt and lets not forget all the needless Covid Spending that drove the same.
The President can certainly propose a budget for the House to consider and does so. The House has abrogated its responsibility for some time now, Democrats and Republicans.
What if she’s wrong?
