The Democrats have control over the Senate which will undoubtedly approve this treaty.

Dems have 51 in the Senate, including Manchin. It takes 67 to approve a treaty.

If Biden is involved it is any good for America and specifically Americans.

Isnt it amazing that an “elderly old codger” like Biden with “a poor memory,” who cant find
his way off a 3’ dais, can actually see 10 years into the future of a place he doesnt even live in.

Is Special Counsel Hur, taking note?

Daily Mail is always good for a laugh.
doesn’t the constitution say something about ratification of treaties?

Without congressional approval, I don’t see what obligation a president Trump in 2025 would have to honor this “deal,” anymore than Biden listened an any Trump executive order.

One Congress cannot commit its successor to expenditures by legislation, AND - the Commander-in-Chief of the Army and the Navy is in charge if the disposition of forces.

If Congress believes they can order a serving officer to do something, or not do something, against orders from the C-in-C, well, what can anyone say about that?

Future President Trump should have a document burning ceremony on the White House lawn.

“The answer is no—not one more nickel.”

This is like the famous “Budapest memorandum” signed by Clinton regarding defense of Ukraine if they returned Soviet nuclear weapons to Russian territory.

Not submitted to the Senate = toilet paper after Clinton left office.

Yeah, follow the money like Putin has been doing since 2008. Going after UKR’s $20T in minerals, gas and oil. Even built a bridge to bring supplies and pull resources out of Crimea.

So Russia’s back to the 19th century’s wars-to-acquire-resources? Apparently so.

President Biden Holds a Joint Press Conference with President Zelenskyy of Ukraine

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiLgGjFzcV4

Is Zelenskyy still President of Ukraine??
I thought his term had expired...

The Left freaks out that Trump may stay in office after his term expires...

But the Left have no issues with Zelenskyy doing just that!

It hasn’t even been submitted as a treaty for ratification.

And it won’t be.

I hope you are right, but I also called my senator telling him that if they do do a ratification vote, he should vote no. It really is difficult to get 67 votes in the senate.
