More like “whatever the Dems control ought to rule” is their motto. They’re very flexible on the details as long as in the end they get their way.

E.g. jail Dexter Taylor for 3D printing firearms parts, but suddenly there’s a 2A in their mind when Hunter is convicted.

Constitutionally, Congress has absolutely no power to make laws regarding the USSC. Raskin & AOC can go soil their hats and pull them down over their ears

the hilarious thing about these fools is that any legislation they might manage to pass that tries to interfere with SCOTUS can simply be declared as unconstitutional by SCOTUS, and there’s not a damn thing they can do about it short of a successful impeachment ... i assume they must know this and are simply grandstanding, either that or they are truly stupid ...

It is, what power are we going to exercise in order to rein in a fundamentally unaccountable and rogue court?

AKA, Reeeeeeeeeee they are finding too many unconstitutional laws unconstitutional.

“Congressman Raskin and myself will be introducing forthcoming legislation to even have the Supreme Court be subject to the same $50 gift rule that he and I are subject to, as everyone else who are members of Congress,” she added later.

The US House ethics panel has extended its investigation into congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez over allegations that she may have violated congressional rules.

The leftists loath that the Court is going back to upholding the Constitution and the letter of the law. They had no problems with earlier activist Courts crapping on the Constitution and legislating from the bench though of course.
