I just watched it 3-4 more times. No idea what you are seeing.
The police straddled the bald guy, before that the bald guy was tussling with the killer, before that the bald guy was running to the fight, before that the bald guy was standing near the podium. Never once did I see the bald guy attack anyone, except try and stop the killer.
Even Joesph Watson said the police grabbed the wrong guy, see the post #7 above.
No, he wasn´t an accomplice. He seems to be wearing one of the blue Pax Europa jackets. In the total chaos of those seconds he probably mistook the guy holding down the attacker for the perp and decided to pound him.

The cops over there have been so indoctrinated into believing “white men bad” that they took the organizers of the trying wing Pax Europa as the attackers thus the cop automatically grabbed the wrong person and let the real assassin free to turn the blade on the male cop, all the while the females stood around in shock until the Iranian cop saw what was happening and took out the threat.
Then the females cuffed the wrong guy. Again proving they should go back to being meter maids.
Wow...I had no idea they so stupidly handled the wounded officer. Disgraceful.
Supposedly, the guy the cop was subduing in the picture was a white German who was originally trying to stop the Afghan knifeman. He also got stabbed, but the cops ran straight for him rather than going after the Afghan bastard.Then got stabbed for their trouble.
