Well you have to imagine that the crew doing maintenance on a well used older American helicopter in Iran was probably chosen for their steadfast support for the Iranian Islamic revolution and not necessarily because they are the absolutely best mechanics. Otherwise, this was a perfect opportunity for an engineered restructuring of the Iranian government.
Since I live in the Middle East, I can’t share your enthusiasm, which is badly misguided. Nuclear Armageddon on a continental scale would effect everyone everywhere.
Could be Mossad, but they are really good at staging accidents.
That’s the preferred way. Plane crash, traffic accident. It’s possible to cause heart attacks and strokes, too. Untraceable, either through a well-placed blow, or a chemical injection (insulin and one other, whose name I forget).
If they go to war with each other, and have nuclear weapons and use them on each other, it will escalate into a nuclear conflagration. Ignoring this possibility is not an option.
Israel has nuclear weapons and use them the way they’re supposed to be. Not at all except as a deterrent. Iran will use them on Israel. You will suffer the consequences wherever you are.
