Carol Swain? Never heard of her. Just looked her up. She’s 70, never held political office, ran a business, or managed an organization or group of people. Maybe as education secretary if she can be given or assemble a team of action-oriented managers to accomplish something more than talk? It would be pretty easy for her to accomplish more than Trump 1.0 education secretary Betsy DeVos.

Dept. Of Education would be a good place for her, and I think she shut it down, and that would be great.
