So with a separate city, how will the super rich whites get their drugs? Will the black gangsters selling the stuff set up little drug stores at the border? Will the whites go into the black district to buy? Just wondering. Rich drug users are equally to blame for drug problems as are the gangs selling it.

A similar development was established just outside Shreveport. Several dozen mostly professional Shreveport residents created a village a short drive from the city, with nice houses, a park, and a small shopping area with shops and cafes.
They grew weary of the crime and danger of Shreveport and moved far enough away to assure safety for their families but close enough that they can commute to their jobs in the city.

Forced integration was the worst thing to ever happen. People are tribal by nature, they want to live among people who are just like them. Also, segregation was good for blacks because they couldn’t blame their problems on anyone else, and their families were intact.
