Folding to progressive's irrational demands can be costly to a company....and a nation.

Who at Ford made the decision to build all those trucks in the first place? Hang them.

My diesel sedan...a comfortable and well equipped car...is an absolute delight on the Interstate. I've driven it 810 miles (mostly Interstate) on one tank (Boston to Montreal and return). And when it needs to be refilled I can do so in about 4 minutes at any one of 35,000 stations from coast to coast.
Why would I *possibly* want a car that needs to be "refilled" every 225 miles, there are only a few hundred places in the country where it can be done, and those refills take anywhere from 1 hour to 12 hours?

They’ll be hanging themselves, likely. Top execs have been known to do that if they bring ruin to their company.

Yeah. But then how we save the planet? The boiling, cooking, red-hot, just about to be burned to a cinder planet? Huh? Don’t you believe in the global warming hoax? Oops. I meant theory.

Our local Ford dealer — very good, very established (many decades, IIRC) — suddenly closed up shop. The word is that Ford corporate was going to punish dealerships that wouldn’t spend millions to be able to service EVs. Guess they refused to play the woke game.

The CO2 in the atmosphere does not stop temperatures from dropping rapidly later in the day on low humidity days here in Florida.
If the planet is warming, it is not because of CO2.

Where I am right now it's about 15 degrees colder than normal for the time of year. I had to put my heat on when I woke up.
To: Brian Griffin
I agree. If the earth is slowly warming, which is doubtful, it has nothing at all to do with atmospheric CO2. And nothing at all to do with the actions of humans.

I’m sure Ford has plenty of woke employees (like just about all big companies these days).
But I think Government pressure plays a big role too. And don’t think the Government won’t bail them out there.

Here in NC these past years, the summers have been noticeably cooler. When we first moved here about 17 years ago, we would routinely get 5 or 10 100+ degree days every summer. These past few years, we have had 0 100 degree days. Much more pleasant.

95% of atmospheric CO2 is from natural causes. We are supposed to believe that the 95% has no effect on temperature but the 5% that is man made does.

So the actual loss decreased, and the article needed a statistic that could produce a headline. It’s missing the word “unexpected”.
