Actually what SCOTUS said is that they have to pass legislation- you know, a law. Then DOJ can charge Trump take him to trial. Will it require a jury? Whatever, it’s not the slam dunk case some think it would ba.

I thought that SCOTUS,in a recent ruling (IIRC it was that Colorado ballot ruling),said that if Congress were to pass some kind of "declaration" (my word) stating that DJT was unfit to be President that declaration would be sufficient to actually block him from becoming President.
Of course I could be wrong...never having attended law school.

That was not the ruling. They said legislation,which means a law. Declaring Trump anything is not a law.

OK,then...legislation. Speaker Hakeem Jeffries introduces a bill declaring DJT unfit for office. It's debated and every Rat...and at least a few RINOs...vote aye. Same thing in the Senate...every Rat and at least one or two RINOs.
The Big Guy declares that he's reluctant to sign it...but 35 minutes after it reaches his desk he signs it.
