Most likely. I can imagine anonymous persons, dressed all in black with covered faces, going to patrol and handle the situation. You know, doing the work the local police refuse to do.

Back in the eighties there was a group of these characters in Longview TX; the cops recieved a lot of complaints about their thieving and con games and ran them off — at gunpoint.

Nah, Irish pikeys tend to be very strict on how their women behave when it comes to sexual relationships. They do however, have utter disregard for outsiders and view them purely in terms of how they can be exploited. Touch any one of them, even in self defence and they will mob up and use numbers on their side. Rat people.
