THEY are not “PAYING TAXES FOR DECADES”.
AS FAR BACK as 1977, I was doing payroll for a large farm entity.
W-4 cards would show 8 dependents as a way to avoid paying ANY FED or STATE income taxes.
One guy was 18 & showed 8-—and ‘he was supporting his family in Mexico”.
I explained AGAIN to the ranch foreman that IRS rules are that NO DEPENDENT OUTSIDE the country qualifies.
Until I got a fresh W-4, I was holding his checks or putting him into the system as S-1. That started quite a discussion, as prior payroll supervisor NEVER checked for anything like that.
There were 750 weekly employees-—I threatened to make every single one fill out a new W-4.
These kinds of efforts were constant.
The best part is-—IF they do fill out a 1040-—they get a ‘refund’ because of “CHILD CREDITS”. THEY NEVER paid in a cent-—but get back ALOT.
A TOTAL PONZI SCHEME, IMO.
MANY INVADERS ARE WORKING FOR CASH-—
NORMAL AMERICAN TAXPAYERS would be amazed to find out how many.
I have done various payrolls for years-—
NEVER saw a single inquiry from IRS.

To the President and Congress of the United States:
I have the honor to transmit for your consideration the Final Report, containing the findings and recommendations, of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future, pursuant to Sec. 8, PL 91-213.
After two years of concentrated effort, we have concluded that, in the long run, no substantial benefits will result from further growth of the Nation’s population, rather that the gradual stabilization of our population through voluntary means would contribute significantly to the Nation’s ability to solve its problems. We have looked for, and have not found, any convincing economic argument for continued population growth. The health of our country does not depend on it, nor does the vitality of business nor the welfare of the average person.
The recommendations offered by this Commission are directed towards increasing public knowledge of the causes and consequences of population change, facilitating and guiding the processes of population movement, maximizing information about human reproduction and its consequences for the family, and enabling individuals to avoid unwanted fertility.
To these ends we offer this report in the hope that our findings and recommendations will stimulate serious consideration of an issue that is of great consequence to present and future generations.

It would not be from the IRS it would be from DHS/ICE. The IRS even refuses to share information with DHS when it comes to employment authorization and eligibility.
Doesn't matter anymore since Biden ordered DHS/ICE to stand down any employment authorization enforcement.
...and we still don’t know who was piloting the ship.
They pay parole taxes (FICA) which are withheld from their pay checks. Most never file returns so the IRS and Treasury love it and keep it.
The only reason employers even take out the FICA is because they need a verifiable record to write off their labor costs.

But how does the illegal alien get a SS# or a tax# to pay FICA, much less get the job in the first place?
I thought it was illegal to employ them under 8 USC 1324a: Unlawful employment of aliens. and The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
Not that immigration laws matter anymore.

They just buy one at the swap meet. As I said the IRS does not care if the number is invalid. Also the IRS has a special program where they will issue a SS# to illegal aliens for tax reasons.
You can see why the IRS does not share info with federal enforcement of labor laws, their in on it.

Who interestingly enough has disappeared from sight and has been usurped by the governor of Maryland who appointed her last summer as the one in charge of the port. She’s not capable nor has been educated nor has even oversaw the operations of a boat marina but in grandstanding fashion she was heralded as the first black woman to head a port in the United States and it’s odd that she has yet to be seen since the Key Bridge Collision.
It’s interesting that the Maryland State Governor has taken the position of leadership on this incident and a ICS Commander has not been appointed. This is gross incompetence and although nobody’s really calling it out... it’s going to bite this operation in the butt.
Exactly. If they are coming over to work, why won’t any of the open borders advocates answer the question of why they access government benefits at a far greater rate than actual Americans?
