I see this is in Great Britian. I would suggest an all-expense paid visit to the Falkland Islands for at least 25 years for these miscreants. And I don’t mean in Stanley.

Prison was indeed the solution. I’m sure he didn’t shoplift while in prison. It was letting him out that caused the repeated thefts.

This story actually reinforces the need for MORE prison time - and MUCH less “nice” time. When there is relatively no penalty for bad behavior - bad behavior increases. It is human depravity. And it’s coming to America in truckloads.
