I was given two ballots the penultimate time I voted in TX. No malicious intent on part of volunteer; she was quite elderly. But ballots were stuck together.

I have not looked into the data myself, but the reporting system referenced in the article supposedly reports three things: the total number of attempted SSN-based verifications for people applying for voter registration, and of that (1) the number not found (no matching SS record) and (2) the number found but deceased.

The main question being raised in the article is: how is it possible, in Utah, for example, with only ~3.5 million residents — adults and children of all ages and statuses — to have ~1.5 million new requests for no-driver-license, SSN-based ID checks for applications for voter registration — since just 1/1/2023?

Two questions. 1. Does a change in party or address or name (marriage for example) count as a new registration?

No

2. How many of those are college students from out of state who are now registering locally instead of using absentee ballots for their home state?

Unknown, I would e more concerned with students registering and voting in two different states.

We know it is possible. Democrats have been making sure of it. They have long held the argument that lack of active brain waves is no bar to saving democracy.

Not surprising...

There are about 60,000,000 MIVs that now provide a fertile communist-voting base...

Get them registered....Or not... 16-to-20 million of them will be voting in November...

As that famous American Bolshevik once said: “Put some ice on it!”

Wait until the Biden administration “suspends” the election because there is currently no way to ensure its integrity.
