When Muslim Legal – a law firm that finds "Islamic solutions to the Muslim community’s legal needs." is involved,
maybe a little FBI outreach is in order.

Then REFUSE to speak to them. Contact your lawyer. NEVER speak to the police, especially the FBI without an attorney present.
If they are questioning American citizens everyday, all day, over non criminal expression of free speech, then it is nothing more than political intimidation.
Absolutely amazing to realize that we have become like the old Soviet Union that we spent an entire cold war thinking was the enemy.

Free speech has never been without restrictions. There’s the standard “shouting fire” exception, or making threats.
That said, if the “FBI” comes to the door and won’t show ID or give names, lock the door and call the police.
Maybe the FBI should question SloJoe about his,Hamas support with US $$$.
This is done to conservatives everyday.

From what I read, she was praying for US troops to come home “safely, packed tightly in wooden boxes.”
Also was calling for nazizionist scalps.
Pretty violent rhetoric.
The problem is there is a First Amendment and the powers that be want to spy on everyone Right, Left, Christian, Jew, Muslim and list goes on if they say the wrong thing about something online.
Our government is sanctioning Israeli citizens who are settlers in “The West Bank” accusing them of violence against Palestinians.
That is wrong, too. Right now there are travel restrictions on the Israeli citizens but their bank accounts come next if the US gov’t decides to do so.
It's that sort of thinking that gave us the Patriot Act.
Post 9/11, Neocons (i.e., most conservatives) were all for crushing civil liberties because the FBI was going after "Muzzies."
Violent rhetoric, but I don’t see any evidence she committed a crime (unless saying something like we should turn their desert into a glass parking lot is also a crime).
I would expect a higher threshold for FBI involvement. Maybe that threshold was met by details we haven’t seen yet.
Right, I tend not to trust FBI motives anymore.
