From what I read, she wanted to go in immediately, while they were finishing the open casket wake to the closed casket wake. She demanded to go in asap.

If I was the parent I’d let her attend. Then I would pick the right moment to have a relative recording while I took her by the hand and asked her to promise me she wouldn’t let this happen to another parent. No matter how she answers she’s screwed. Think about it.
