He most certainly did. And today Biden is destroying job opportunities for young blacks by importing millions of illegals. Opportunities for black entry-level workers will stagnate when the labor pool increases. Supply and demand.
Biden’s insane policies will push blacks to the back of the bus, again. It is a tragedy that black leaders cannot or will not see this.
Biden’s temperament is probably similar to LBJ. Even when Biden had a brain, he was always a jack@$$.

I know this doesn’t mean much but 100 years ago Harlem NY was one of the nicest neighborhoods in America. Was mostly black then but nobody walked the streets in fear.
At the same time black literacy was a high priority. Much more than it is now which helps nobody except leftists who want to keep them on the plantation.
