Roberts wanted a 9-0 decision on this, so they very narrowly ruled on whether states could take Trump off the ballot, and didn’t touch the question of whether there was insurrection.

The beady eyed communist fanatics who kicked Trump off the ballot on the false charge of insurrection need to be shamed, disbarred and persecuted for sedition. Their abuse of the legal system is intolerable.
The liberal justices must have realized that Biden could be removed from the ballot in a dozen or more states if they upheld it and voted accordingly.
Sounds like an insurrection to me. If you don’t like it, tear it down.

USA is and I agree with it, is like hotel California “ you can check in anytime you like, but you may never leave” in reference to the land and resources of that land.
Individually people can leave at anytime.
I’d gladly donate to a fund to buy international airplane one way tickets to anybody and everybody ( even those in Jail or prison for non-violent offences) that wants to leave. they just surrender their passports prior to departure. So they can’t legally get back in.
This does two things
#1 Gets rid of our home grown trash
#2 Gets rid of people that support violating our laws or refuse to enforce them.
Side benefit ICE gets funding that would normally go to the useless Shiites, so they can deport the existing supply of illegals.
Use parachutes for deportation Helps that industry also.
and State records employees for certified birth certificates.

The next time the Deomcrats control the White House, Senate, and House of Representatives at the same time (which could be as soon as January 2025), they may revive the idea of expanding the Supreme Court. Six new justices picked by a Democrat President would give them the majority they want. Even four more would mean a 7-6 liberal majority which could often result in an 8-5 or 9-4 decision.
How did the SCOTUS strip the states of authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, when the states never had such authority in the first place?

Dissolving the Supreme Court would end our three branches of government republic and shred the Constitution which specifically created a Supreme Court. Without question many in the Democratic Party would have our country ruled by a single party with single candidate sham elections no different than Venezuela or Cuba.
IF SHE IS ALREADY COLORADO SEC OF STATE—————SHE SHOULD HAVE A CLEARER IDEA OF STATE RIGHTS, ETC..
