You post some of the dumbest stuff I’ve ever seen on FR.
Good. Ignore it.
I save it for laughs when I need a good one.
He already served five months at Ryker’s. Now, another entire case. Godspeed to him.
Leave the lying in courts to the Judges and Prosecutors.
Courts are corrupt.
Cool. Have a great evening.
The whole criminal justice system revolves around plea bargains. The prosecutor over charges the defendant to force a plea deal. Few defense attorneys want to defend the case if a plea deal is available. Most defendants knuckle under to a plea deal. Here they went after Trump’s accountant like he was a mafia don. Probably all successful businesses do things that are border line illegal but not criminal. In NY, they are bringing criminal charges against Trumps people to get him. This is another reason for businesses to get the hell out of NY.
Article is not clear, how Trump’s classic and near-universal realtor -type “exaggerations,” specifically violated some phrase in New York law.
Article says that such “exaggerations” (square footage of property) were used to inflate Trump property value.
It might be a miracle to find in a news story, a licensed realtor, a licensed lawyer, or other licensed market maker (ie “professional” promoter of “securities” and “tranches”) who has not exaggerated value . . .
In light of what I saw, watching YouTube videos of Manhattan, NYC decay occurring during the COVID-19 conversion of the city into a ghost town that exposed itself as a mecca of bloated valuations:
Where - NYC area desparate for tenants - realtors demand 10’s of thousands of dollars rent.
Not to mention the law enforcement authorities, government officials, and bureaucrats who lie “all the time.”
