It doesn’t save anything if you have to use the washer and dryer twice for one load to get the job done.

This crap is really out of control.
It’s time to force FedGov back within the confines of the Constitution...past time, actually.

If the Marxist Dems get control of guns, washers and dryers regs will be the least of our worries.

When this current washer dies, we will definitely check out the SpeedQueens.

Who voted for these bastards? No one. If not for government these little tyrants would be begging on street corners. They all need to be fired and thrown in the wilderness.

Our water bills are high, especially since we have to then filter it to make it drinkable, plus my speed queen washer only uses 11 gallons of water for a complete wash and dry cycle. $75+/month, including $5 for ambulance service and $15 for garbage pick up. For 2 people.

My control board on my speed queen went out after 6 years. Ordered one from Amazon for under $200 and replaced it myself. Snap out, snap in.

Soon we'll be back to beating clothes with rocks from the riverside, and then they'll say that picking up the rocks diverts the natural flow of water and harms the ecosystem.

We have a Speedqueen front loader washer. It does not rinse well. The clothes are just made wet then tumbled round and round thru dirty water then rinsed with not enough water.

I have two new Speed Queen W&D sitting up on a pallet rack in the barn to replace the other two someday. The ones in service now are nearly 25 years old. They have grease zerks on the bearings. That is how well they are built. Built to last and serve. We will both be dead before we need another W&D so P... on DOE and EPA.
