With what? The Saudis have been using American built planes to drop American made bombs on them for years with no effect. What do you propose we use to “wipe them out”?
You must remember the Houthis are NOT part of the Yemeni government. The government, with US and Saudi support, has been battling the Houthi rebels in their civil war for years. There is only one port that is actually controlled by the Houthis.

The Houthis will stop if Iran stops sending them goodies.

It appears the Houthis can’t discern who to hit all that well. They hit a ship carrying badly needed grain, the 2nd docking was to deliver grain to the area they control.
So. their “protection” deals would mean little.

Chinese and Russian ships have been leaving their ID/tracking beacons on as they have transversed the area since this began. I believe the Houthis attacked a British owned ship carrying Russian oil but I know of no other incidents. As I said, our opinions and five bucks will get you a Starbucks coffee. Let’s see how the shippers and insurers handicap their odds.

No need to waste any bombs on any Iranian subordinate assholes. That’s why the mullahs have them as subordinates, they’re expendable.
