The video, which was taken by an observer during the counting of votes at polling station No. 199 in the Leningrad Kudrovo, shows how the chairman of the commission, Polina Kirichenko, voices the ballots for Putin, although the marks are for Davankov.

If these were municipal elections with a multi-member district, then one could still assume that the person was simply mistaken. But when there are only 4 surnames on the ballot, it is difficult to accidentally name the wrong surname so many times.
