Veterans shouldn’t be considered revered saints. Myself, I kinda gag hearing the almost obligatory “thank you for your service” line.
I don't see why Trump can't ask service members about their motivation to join, "what's in it for you?"

And there will be no minute long pro-Trump ad, as the base continues to sit on their behinds and keep their wallets closed...while the Left forks over the cash and outworks us by far. And of course, the ultimate result of this will be a loss if we don’t get our act together and soon. But, we haven’t done that for the past few election cycles and just keep taking loss after loss while our candidates are left twisting in the wind being pummeled in an onslaught, so why would this cycle be any different?
