There have been photoshops of the same type of things floating around for ages.

For a long time it has been inevitable that any public figure had to expect that they were going to wind up depicted in some type of generated porn.

There are all kinds of weirdos out there so it could literally be even the public figures that most people think are far too repulsive to even consider imagining.

Someone that knows that they are someone that many people might want to see could put them out there themselves. If its inevitable and it can generate even more publicity then there are those that will do it.

Once the stuff is ubiquitous, the shock value and novelty have worn off, and everybody has seen such fakes dozens of times, will anybody give it a second look or care? Most of it won't be particularly believable.
