Thank goodness for a Happy New Year. Few can appreciate it as much as you can. Many hugs and pets to your new companion. They’re such a comfort.

I used to have a Maltese named Odie. He used to ride the Harley with me and had his own leather jacket. Here is a painting I did of him:

YES! A definite resemblance. And an excellent painting to remember both a friend and a bike.

I’ve always loved Maltese pups but I also worried about their safety jumping off chairs I’m on. Are my worries silly?

No worries. They are tough and agile little guys.

They only LOOK delicate.

It can be hard on the eyes trying to comprehend the action while reading subtitles of varying clarity and size.

I tend to fall hard and fast for new fandoms. Went to my first Star Trek fan con and came home with two shopping bags of fanzines. That turned out to be a story I heard about years later. First time I saw Starsky and Hutch music videos I came back and we bought our first VCRs. The rest is history. Man from Uncle was another happy obsession.

No problem with comprehension, just don’t find it enjoyable.

That’s why there are so many different kinds of art...everybody has different taste.

Agreed. Art Institute of Chicago was my favorite place as a child. But I could never understand the black on black creation or the white canvas. I enjoyed laughing at them as a kid and definitely felt challenged to go home and pull out my crayons.

I went to school at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts and had the run of the place. :-)

Good Times!

Fuzzy was at it again,
trying to highjack another Trump Rally thread,

probably just in time for bed.

” I’ve NEVER watched SEINFELD”

You too?

Some freeper ripped me up for that a while back. Like I had never said the pledge of allegiance or something.

I think it’s one of very few surviving from a FReeper we apparently lost a long time ago, sadly.
